However, even with a mid-December to mid-January winter break, this would still raise the prospect of playing matches in places like New England, Colorado, Utah, Toronto, and Chicago (not to mention Vancouver and possibly Montreal in the future) between November and April.

If that doesn&#039;t sound problematic, in snowed last week(!) in Foxboro, MA, home of the Revolution.</description>

Start in the summer before football starts, end in April or so before basketball and hockey playoffs.  Don&#039;t understand mirroring the interminable slog of the baseball season.</description>
