I, like most of you, spent the 21st of October laughing at the Daulerio war against the World Wide Leader in Sports.  However, this war is probably going to come with a cost.  The cost:  Freedom to shoot your mouth off on a blog.  You think I’m kidding, right?  Then let’s take a look at two different perspectives of the issue.

I present these two sides for those who have chosen to ignore the matter entirely.  I also present this for those to choose to take one side only as the gospel.  To those who do the latter, you forget the fundamental part of journalism.  There’s my side, your side, and the real truth.

After you see both sides of the coin, my opinion will be presented in an overview.  I might not be right in my views, but my view of the law and of journalism  is different than yours.  It might also be the same view you have.  All I ask for you to do is to take in all sides and carefully read it to yourself.

Well, for those expats that missed last nights DUAN post (all 2 of you) – there certainly was quite the hatchet job done on our good friend Rockabye. Obviously, people in the sports blogosphere have had differences, and Rock was no exception – but AJ Daulerio took it to an entirely new level when he bashed the college student to pieces on one of the most heavily trafficked nightly posts on the sight.
