I’m going to do something a bit different, patrons.  Today, I have these weird ideas in my head.  The main idea, though, is what I think are the top five insane sports around.  I don’t mean violence, either.  I mean, sports that you probably wonder about sometimes.  Let’s go to the youtube, gang!

5. Sepak takraw - This is what you get when you combine volleyball rules with footy rules, folks. There are no hands in this game, ever. This game is found across Asia, so you can imagine how fierce the competition does get.

Hey gang! Your usual morning host, JB, is stuck at work (from the overnight shift) until 11am.  Poor bastards, you’ve got me instead.

Look, I’ll be honest – I haven’t been up for very long this morning – like maybe 10 minutes by this point. So I really don’t know what anyone missed last night, or if I need to bother looking. I need coffee, and that’s about all I do know at this point. Well, that, and I have to go back out and finish my holiday shopping today. Whee! (Pours brandy into the coffee)

Feel free to use this as an open thread for discussion of all and sundry, including sports. I’m getting caffeinated now..
